Jiangsu Golden Morning Knitting Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province. It was established in 1997, covers an area of more than 200 acres, and has about 1, 000 employees. As a China Wholesale T/C Air-layer Manufacturers and T/C Air-layer Factory, the company has supporting factories, a knitting factory, a dyeing factory, a printing factory, and a garment factory.

Golden Morning has a brand marketing business group with cotton, cotton/polyester, different fibers, and functional knitwear as the core of it. In recent years, the annual production capacity of the company is about 30,000 Tons.
